By accessing, registering for, or using HRMS Flow (https://hrmsflow.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
HRMS Flow provides a cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment workflow platform that allows organizations to upload resumes (PDF/DOCX), import candidate lead sheets (Excel/CSV), generate 0–100 job compatibility scores, and manage hiring pipelines across Company Owner, Team Lead, and Recruiter user roles.
3. Workspace Accounts & Role Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed by Team Leads and Recruiters provisioned under your organization workspace.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate business and contact details during registration and billing.
- Authorized Use of Candidate Data: You confirm that your organization has lawful authority or consent to upload and process candidate resumes and contact details for legitimate recruitment purposes.
4. Subscriptions, Scan Credits & Razorpay Payments
- Pricing: All subscription plans and credit top-up booster packs are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on our Pricing & Billing pages.
- Payment Processing: Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay using UPI, credit/debit cards, or netbanking.
- Credit Consumption: Resume scan credits are deducted when a resume undergoes AI extraction and ATS analysis. Credits allocated to Team Leads or Recruiters remain governed by your organization's active subscription.
- Seat Limits: Each subscription plan defines the maximum number of active Team Lead and Recruiter accounts permitted in your organization.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious files, malware, scripts, or unlawful content in place of legitimate candidate resumes
- Attempt to bypass workspace credit limits, authentication controls, or tenant isolation boundaries
- Resell, sublicense, or scrape the platform interface without written authorization from HRMS Flow
6. Intellectual Property
All software code, user interface designs, scoring algorithms, and branding on HRMS Flow remain the exclusive intellectual property of HRMS Flow. Your organization retains full ownership of all candidate resumes, job descriptions, evaluations, and notes uploaded by your team.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
ATS compatibility scores (0–100) and parsed candidate summaries are decision-support tools designed to assist human recruiters; final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of your organization. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, HRMS Flow's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by your organization in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
